About Us
A trusted partner in person-centered care
Individual Family Services is a vendored provider of California Regional Centers, delivering Independent Living and Supported Living Services for adults with developmental disabilities.
Our mission
To empower adults with developmental disabilities to live with independence, dignity, and purpose — in homes of their own, in communities they love, and supported by families and teams who believe in their potential.
Our approach
Every service we deliver begins with the Individual Program Plan (IPP). We work alongside Regional Center case managers, families, and most importantly, the individuals we serve, to build a support model that reflects each person's voice, goals, and preferences.
